You will be joining a company that is therapist owned and run to offer quality care - not corporate profits. Children (ages 0-20) thrive in their natural environments, and parents become more effective advocates when therapy happens where life happens. We are deeply committed to health equity: 80% of our patients utilize Medicaid or state-funded sources. We serve the families who need us most.Compensation & BenefitsWe offer a transparent, experience-based pay scale:Starting Rate (Opportunities for continuing education and professional development.ResponsibilitiesProvide skilled Occupational Therapy services to pediatric patients in their homes,tailoring treatment plans to their individual needs and goals.Provide input for early intervention plans (IFSPs) and provide services through theEarly Intervention Colorado Program for children birth to 3 years of age.Educate families on exercises and techniques to support their childs therapygoals between sessions.Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.Build strong relationships with patients and their families to create a trusting and supportive environment.QualificationsLicensure: Current Colorado State Occupational Therapist License (DORA).Experience: Pediatric experience is preferred, but we value a passion for working with children and adolescents of all abilities.Skills: Strong interpersonal communication and the ability to work independently.Compliance: Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for home visits throughout Boulder.How to ApplyIf you are ready to move away from the "corporate" feel and back to the heart of therapy, we want to hear from you.
