Senior Data Analyst – Supply Chain OptimizationLocation: Hybrid | Spring, TXType: Full-TimePikemann is seeking a Senior Data Analyst with a strong background in supply chain analytics, automation, and business process improvement. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming manual Excel-based reporting processes into streamlined, automated solutions using SQL Server, Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Power Automate), and Power BI.Responsibilities:Automate manual Excel reports using SQL Server, Python, and Azure toolsDesign and build dashboards and data pipelines for KPIs and executive reportingCollaborate with teams to identify process inefficiencies and optimize performanceSupport our ERP migration by assisting with data imports, UAT, and reporting workflowsTranslate business needs into functional, impactful reporting systemsPreferred Qualifications:5+ years in data analysis (supply chain/logistics/manufacturing preferred)Strong SQL, Power BI (or similar), and data modeling experienceHands-on with Microsoft Azure (Logic Apps, Power Automate)Python skills for data transformationFamiliarity with ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, or NetSuiteTech You’ll Work With:SQL Server | Power BI | Azure | Python | Excel | ERP Systems | Custom Web Apps
