This is our Christian mission, and it inspires us to help make communities healthier and happier.Schedule: Full TimeShift: Monday-Thursday 10am-7pm Friday 8am-5pm.The community you'll be caring for: Physical Therapy PatientsLocation Address: 6506 Old Brick Rd Suite 110 Windermere, FL 34789 will also travel to Dr. Phillips, Horizon West, Wekiva, Winter Garden, West Orange clinics.The role you'll contribute: The Physical Therapy Assistant conducts physical therapy under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.The value you'll bring to the team:Based on the findings and goals established by the Physical Therapist evaluation, the Therapist Assistant implements an individualized treatment plan of care utilizing Practice Standards and recommended techniques, insurance guidelines and patient's needs. Modifies treatment plan as appropriate based upon on-going assessments and consultation with the Physical TherapistCollects patient data and communicates to the Physical Therapist regarding discharge recommendations when maximum benefit has been achieved and/or according to the standards of practice and payer guidelinesParticipates in practice changes as a result of performance improvement activities. Supports quality standards and initiatives set by the departmentPractices principles of professional development by maintaining clinical competencies, using best and/or evidence-based practices and serving as a clinical instructorRegularly participates in marketing to physicians/physician practices to build referral relationships.
