As a Supply Chain Business Operations Compliance Manager 2, you will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security. Ready to join forces with our visionary team?Our Supply Chain Business Operations Compliance Manager 2 will be an integral member of Space Sector’s Launch and Exploration Division (LED) supporting the Global Supply Chain (GSC) department. The Supply Chain Business Ops Compliance Manager will be primarily responsible for processes and reporting activities within supply chain related operations and/or compliance such as regulatory compliance, systems and technology, data analytics and performance, international supply chain, operational excellence and supply base diversity. The Supply Chain Business Ops Compliance Manager will also manage, develop or support strategic direction and tactical execution of governance (policy, procedure, processes, etc.), priorities, initiatives and related activities.This position will be based out of Chandler, AZ or Bacchus, UT. This position is a non-telecommuting role.Responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting the following: Aggregate relevant GSC metric and/or data for reporting at the senior leadership levelResponsible for presenting data to senior GSC and Finance leadership, fielding questions, and taking actions and support EAC updates and monthly reviewsCoordinate and collect status/data from cross-functional teams (program office, finance, accounting) and from internal GSC teams/business unitsApply Supply Chain and Accounting knowledge to assist the GSC function in executing critical transaction needs as well as meeting department target metricsReview and validate accuracy of collected dataDrive a logic process to financial information that are based on estimatesAggregate the information and underlying narrative for various target audienceCoordinate and lead cross-functional teams on recurring reporting reviewsCoordinate cross-functionally with the program and other functional teams (i.e. program finance) to assist in the reconciliation of data facilitating an avenue for recommendations to program management/teams to include corrective actionsSupport internal and external audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management, fact-finding and negotiation supportAssist in developing and implementing new processes and tools.Review current processes, procedures and tools and provide recommendations for streamliningAssist the sector team in facilitating and delivering training requirementsWhy You? Click the link below:https://www.northropgrumman.com/spacePrimary Level Salary Range: $126,600.00 - $189,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
