Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop project budgets. Responsibilities include reviewing project plans and specifications, sourcing materials and labor costs, preparing bid proposals, conducting cost analysis, and providing value-engineering suggestions where applicable. The Estimator will also coordinate with project managers and vendors to ensure the accuracy of estimates throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysisFamiliarity with construction documentation, project planning, and blueprint readingExperience with construction estimation software and toolsStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detailExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlinesKnowledge of industry standards and regulations in construction is a plusBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experienceUse RFMS, excel,
