This role requires strong knowledge of retail management, financial accountability, Shopify operations, recruiting and training staff, and coordinating private retail events to enhance customer engagement and revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Operations & Management Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure an exceptional customer experienceImplement and maintain retail management best practices, policies, and proceduresEnsure store appearance, merchandising standards, and operational efficiencyInventory Management Oversee inventory planning, ordering, receiving, and stock controlConduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepanciesMonitor sell-through, shrink, and stock levels to optimize product availabilityFinancial Management (P&L) Manage store-level profit and loss (P&L) performanceAnalyze sales reports, margins, and expenses to drive profitabilityDevelop and execute strategies to meet or exceed revenue and cost targetsE-commerce & Shopify Manage and maintain Shopify POS and online store operationsCoordinate in-store and online inventory alignmentUtilize Shopify reporting tools to track sales, customer data, and performanceTeam Leadership & Recruiting Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and retain retail staffCreate schedules, manage performance, and conduct reviewsFoster a positive, accountable, and sales-driven team culturePrivate Events & Customer Engagement Plan, promote, and execute private shopping events, trunk shows, and VIP experiencesPartner with marketing and leadership teams to drive event sales and brand awarenessBuild and maintain strong customer relationships to grow repeat businessQualifications Proven experience in retail managementStrong knowledge of inventory control and retail operationsExperience in managing P&L and financial reportingProficiency with Shopify POS and e-commerce platformsDemonstrated success in recruiting, training, and leading teamsExperience planning and executing private retail events preferredSkills & Competencies Strong leadership and communication skillsAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesSales-driven mindset with attention to detailAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environmentPerform all other tasks assignedFlexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends, holidays, etc.We have limited rental housing available on a first-come, first-served basis.We thank all applicants; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
