As a Brand Designer at Threi Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual presence of our clients' brands across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for crafting cohesive brand identities that resonate with target audiences, ensuring that all visual elements—from logos to typography, color schemes, and layouts—work together to tell a compelling brand story. Additionally, your role will involve creating visually appealing and user-friendly web designs, as well as producing high-quality graphic design materials that support marketing and branding initiatives. Working with a variety of clients from different industries, you will need to be adaptable, innovative, and collaborative in your approach to delivering exceptional brand design solutions.QualificationsBrand Identity and Brand Design Skills: Expertise in creating unique and cohesive brand identities that reflect the personality and values of different organizations.Visual Design Skills: Ability to design aesthetically pleasing and functional visuals that effectively communicate a brand's message across digital and print platforms.Branding Expertise: Deep understanding of branding principles and how to apply them to create strong, recognizable, and impactful brands.Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in developing high-quality graphic designs for a range of applications, including marketing materials, social media, packaging, and more.Web Design Expertise: Strong proficiency in creating intuitive, engaging, and responsive websites. Experience in designing user-friendly interfaces that prioritize both aesthetics and usability, ensuring seamless interaction across desktop and mobile devices. Familiarity with web design principles, content management systems (CMS), and web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and WordPress.Strong Creative and Conceptual Thinking: Ability to generate and execute innovative design ideas that set brands apart in competitive markets.Experience with Diverse Brands and Industries: Proven experience working with a variety of brands, including entrepreneurial ventures, small businesses, and mid-sized companies across different sectors.Proficiency in Design Software: Strong command of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or similar.Excellent Portfolio: A well-rounded portfolio showcasing a variety of brand and web design projects that demonstrate both creativity and technical proficiency.The ideal candidate is passionate about design, detail-oriented, and highly motivated to create branding and web experiences that not only look great but also drive meaningful connections with target audiences.
