Bartender/Cook/Server

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender/Cook/Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. You will be the face of our establishment, and we are looking for someone who embodies the values of hospitality, teamwork, and attention to detail. *Hourly plus Tips Responsibilities - Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner - Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and presentation standards - Handle cash and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, shelves, and storage areas - Assist with food service by taking orders and serving dishes - Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner - Manage time effectively, juggling multiple tasks and prioritizing duties as needed - Help with inventory management and ordering supplies - Maintain a high level of knowledge of food and drink products, including their ingredients and preparation methods - Uphold high standards of food safety and handling practices - Support the sales team by upselling and promoting products and promotions - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient service Qualifications - Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a bartending or hospitality role - Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor - Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively - Basic knowledge of retail math and cash handling - Proficiency with POS systems - Familiarity with food handling and safety practices - Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to teamwork and collaboration Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $12.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 32 per week Experience: Hotel Restautant: 1 year (Required) Shift availability: Night Shift (Required) Day Shift (Required) Ability to Commute: Houston, TX 77092 (Required) Work Location: In person
