Maintenance Technician For Apartment Building

Maintenance TechnicianWe are looking for a Maintenance Technician with HVAC experience to work in an apartment complex in Blythe, CA, and Quartzsite, Phoenix, AZ area. Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician performs basic apartment and related facilities maintenance in order to preserve the quality and value of the apartment property. Supplements maintenance, landscape, and management efforts to meet company standards and attract residents.
