Candidates must reside within commuting distance, be able to work from home, and come into the office on designated in-office days.Pay Rate: $16.90 per hourPaid Sick timeVacation accrual right awayWhat's in It for You?Hands-on experience in IT Operations / Production SupportExposure to real-world data processing and system workflowsMentorship from experienced IT professionalsOpportunity to build technical and automation skillsCareer development and future growth potentialA supportive team environment focused on learningWhat You'll Do:Monitor scheduled jobs and system processes; document resultsAssist with basic troubleshooting and escalate issues as neededSupport data exchange workflows and file processing tasksHelp manage and update tickets in the support queueMaintain and improve runbooks, checklists, and documentationAssist with small automation tasks (basic scripting/log checks)Perform basic Excel or SQL validations when neededWhat You Bring to the Table:Current student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or related field preferredStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnBasic understanding of systems, data, or networking conceptsClear communication skills and ability to follow processesComfortable working with repetitive tasks and checklistsInterest in automation or scripting (a plus)Experience with Excel; SQL or ticketing tools is a plusReliable, team-oriented, and proactive mindsetYour Schedule:Tuesday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM (approximately 4 hours per day)Additional hours may be available based on business needsHybrid schedule (in-office days required)Work Environment:While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a climate-controlled setting, seated continuously and is sedentary the majority of the workday. This position is in a call center with moderate to high noise levels & frequent foot traffic. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computer, phones and photocopiers. Work area stations and cubicles are close in proximity to others.Specific requirements for Work from Home environment:Must be able to meet all ARS Work from Home requirements and expectations.Must possess self-motivation and be self-disciplined to complete necessary job duties and pro-actively seek all necessary information.Must be able to effectively and efficiently use all forms of communication as appropriate (video calls, telephone, e-mail, instant messaging).Must have reliable and secure equipment and services (i.e., high-speed internet, electricity).Must be able to set and meet established deadlines and commitments on a regular basis.Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers; and have moderate reach with hands and arms.
