This group focuses on managing distressed leveraged finance and underperforming corporate credit exposures across a diverse portfolio. The role offers direct involvement in restructuring situations, close interaction with advisory teams, and high visibility to senior risk leadership in a fast-moving, credit-intensive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesActively monitor and manage a portfolio of distressed leveraged finance and large corporate credit exposuresAnalyze borrower financial performance, including cash flow forecasting (e.g., 13-week cash flow models), covenant compliance, and liquidity positionsAssess turnaround viability, restructuring scenarios, and repayment capacity across stressed creditsIdentify drivers of credit deterioration, default risk, and potential recovery strategiesSupport restructuring efforts in collaboration with external advisors and internal deal teamsLead preparation and execution of waivers, amendments, and related credit documentationDrive credit approval processes, including credit applications, due diligence, and negotiation of termsPerform quarterly reserve analysis, write-off calculations, and credit cost forecasting under applicable accounting standardsPrepare detailed portfolio and account-level reporting for senior management and governance committeesEscalate emerging credit, operational, or portfolio risks in a timely and structured mannerSupport regulatory exams, audits, and internal review processes with required documentation and analysisStay current on market conditions, industry trends, and macroeconomic developments impacting distressed creditsMentor junior team members and contribute to broader team development and training efforts#J-18808-Ljbffr
