Java Developer with Fintech/Payment experience

Role: Lead Engineer with payment ExperienceLocation Required: Seattle, WA, or PST support candidate from other USA locations./RemoteNote: Should be very strong managing business stakeholders in a highly visible project. Someone with BFS/Cards/Payments experience will be a great asset. Candidate should have strong knowledge in AWS, Java, PostgreSQL, Conduktor & Snowflake.Note:Spring Boot, Cassandra, Microservices Architecture is required along with Fintech Concept, Domain Knowledge and Payment experience is must. Job Summary – Someone with BFS/Cards/Payments experience is must.ResponsibilitiesShould have minimum 5 years of hand on experience in AWS, JavaSnowflake experience is an added advantage.Someone with BFS/Cards/Payments experience is added advantage.Organizing daily activities based on the goals of the organizationDevising new programs that support the organization’s objectivesComing up with sustainable goals for the organizationWorking with other departments to develop budgets and plans for the programsEvaluating and assessing the programs’ strengths and weaknessesMonitoring projects and overseeing project managers to ensure goals are metMeeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goalsWorking with the marketing team to improve strategiesYears of experience needed – 5+ years of experience serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teamsTechnical Skills: Should have hand on experience in AWS, JavaSnowflake experience is mandatory.Above-average understanding of business operations with a technical backgroundExperience in both technical and non-technical roles; multiple years in software development, product management, project management, implementation teams, and/or business analysisStrong writing skills and experience developing technical artifacts, documenting business needsIn-depth knowledge of computer systems, IT infrastructure, and system security concepts, as well as database and Web platformsProject management and collaboration skillsExcellent written and oral communication skills, specifically the ability to explain technical information in business terms
