Nurse-Family Partnership Nurse Home Visitor (Grand & Surrounding Counties)

JOB We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Nurse Family Partnership team. This is an opportunity to work in a flexible, challenging and rewarding environment. Responsibilities include delivery of the Nurse Family Partnership program through home visitation for low-income, first-time pregnant women and their families from early pregnancy up to the child’s second birthday. This is a regular part-time position (30 hours/week). This position requires travel within Grand County as well neighboring counties. Please see program website: https://www.nursefamilypartnership.org/ EXAMPLE OF DUTIES BSN preferredCurrent RN license (in good standing) required in the state of Colorado or an active RN license with a compact state.Current BLS required.Two years’ recent experience in maternal/child health, public health, home visiting or mental/behavioral nursing preferred.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently.Basic computer skills.Valid Colorado driver’s license at time of appointment and throughout employment and an insured automobile required.
