Press Brake Operator Location: Elk Grove Village, IL Pay: $24/hour Shifts Available: 1st Shift: 4:00 AM 12:30 PM 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM 9:00 PM Job Responsibilities: Operate press brake and other fabrication equipment Follow work instructions from supervisors and production coordinators Perform daily machine maintenance before operation Set up and install proper bending dies Inspect parts after bending to ensure quality Read blueprints and use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers Maintain a clean and safe work area Report damaged tools or equipment to supervisors Complete additional manufacturing duties as needed Requirements: 1-2 years of press brake experience preferred Experience with Amada RG 50 and Cincinnati Press preferred Ability to read tape measures and convert fractions to decimals Ability to read blueprints Detail-oriented and dependable Team player with good communication skills Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs with assistance Safety Requirements: Steel toe shoes required Safety glasses required Ear plugs required Associate can report any hazards and concerns to the Illinois Department of Labor by call the Department's Day and Temporary Labor Services Act toll-free hotline at 1-877-314-7052 or email at DOL.DayLabor@illinois.gov Total Talent Resources and QFS does not provide any transportation resources or meals for our associates during any assignments.
