Site Safety Supervisor [AA-14879]

A growing construction contractor is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to support a complex, fast-paced build in the Saukville, WI area. This role is focused on driving strong field-level safety execution while partnering closely with project leadership and trade partners. The Supervisor will be tasked with ensuring safety, health, and environmental expectations are consistently met across all site activities. It’s a strong opportunity for a hands-on safety professional to take ownership of site safety on high-visibility projects.The RoleLead daily jobsite safety execution by identifying unsafe acts, conditions, and process gaps, and driving corrective actions to closure.Partner with project leadership to implement and enforce company, site, and client safety requirements while coaching supervisors and foremen on hazard recognition and control verification.Coordinate and deliver new-hire orientations, site-specific and regulatory training, and facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly safety meetings with complete documentation.Conduct safety audits, inspections, and field observations for self-performed work and subcontractors, tracking and verifying corrective actions.Lead incident, near-miss, and serious injury potential investigations, developing lessons learned and supporting implementation of preventative measures.The Candidate5+ years of safety experience supporting large-scale construction projects, preferably within mission-critical or industrial environments.Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices.Experience conducting training, audits, incident investigations, and subcontractor safety oversight.Effective communicator with the ability to influence field leadership and interface with clients and subcontractors.Willing and able to travel to project sites as required.
