Keys to your successBachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience);0 to 2 years of experience with HR systems, HCM implementations, or related functional roles;Foundational understanding of workforce time concepts such as time entry, schedules, overtime, and approvals;Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;Ability to follow structured processes and document work clearly;Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Extra edgeExposure to Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically Time and Labor, Payroll, or Absence Management;Internship or project experience in HR systems or enterprise software implementations;Experience in healthcare, public sector, or regulated industries;Progress toward or completion of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor training or certification. Language skillsEnglish: Proficient Your day-to-daySupport Oracle Cloud Time and Labor configurations, including work schedules, time calculation rules, absence integration, and approvals;Assist with functional design documentation, configuration workbooks, and setup tasks under the direction of a Lead or Senior Consultant;Participate in unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT);Support data conversion activities, including the review and validation of time- and labor-related legacy data;Assist with issue tracking, defect resolution, and configuration updates during test cycles;Participate in client meetings, design workshops, and internal status reviews;Document meeting notes, action items, and configuration decisions;Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Payroll, Absence, Core HR, Integrations) to understand upstream and downstream impacts.
