Language skillsEnglish: Proficient Your day-to-daySupport Oracle Cloud Time and Labor configurations, including work schedules, time calculation rules, absence integration, and approvals;Assist with functional design documentation, configuration workbooks, and setup tasks under the direction of a Lead or Senior Consultant;Participate in unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT);Support data conversion activities, including the review and validation of time- and labor-related legacy data;Assist with issue tracking, defect resolution, and configuration updates during test cycles;Participate in client meetings, design workshops, and internal status reviews;Document meeting notes, action items, and configuration decisions;Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Payroll, Absence, Core HR, Integrations) to understand upstream and downstream impacts.
