This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping the institution's next chapter, with a focus on overseeing the Enrollment Office, developing a data-informed, multiyear strategic enrollment plan, and ensuring the alignment of enrollment goals with institutional priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding and diversifying the domestic boarding pipeline, leading the evolution of the Enrollment Office, and fostering cross-campus collaboration to enhance the student experience and long-term sustainability. Applicants must have a proven track record in leading strategic enrollment management initiatives within a complex educational environment. The role requires a leader with a strong understanding of boarding school markets, experience in data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams. The Assistant Head will be expected to balance visionary leadership with operational excellence, ensuring that the daily work of the enrollment team is responsive and effective. Collaboration with senior leadership and the Board of Trustees, as well as a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), are essential for this position.
