Quality Engineer

We’re looking for a Quality Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role offers high visibility, cross-functional exposure, and the opportunity to make a real impact on product quality and business performance.🔧 What You’ll DoEnsure compliance with customer requirements, and regulatory standardsSupport and participate in internal, customer, and external auditsLead root cause & corrective action efforts (RCCA, 8D, CAPA)Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing to improve processes and reduce defectsAnalyze quality data and drive continuous improvement initiativesSupport supplier quality activities and performance metricsProvide informal leadership or mentorship as needed🎓 What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred3–5 years of industry experienceWorking knowledge of AS9100 and aerospace quality systemsExperience with RCCA tools (5 Why, Fishbone, 8D)Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings & GD&T⭐ PreferredTraining or certification as an Internal or Lead AuditorPrior experience in a lead or leadership capacityLean / Six Sigma exposure
