With a strong reputation for execution, client service, and long-term relationships, the company continues to grow and is seeking an experienced Construction Site Superintendent to join the team.Position OverviewThe Site Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This individual will play a critical leadership role coordinating subcontractors, managing site logistics, and driving project execution from start to finish.ResponsibilitiesManage all on-site construction activities and daily field operationsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and deliveriesMaintain project schedules and proactively identify potential delaysEnforce jobsite safety standards and ensure OSHA complianceConduct daily site meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholdersReview drawings, specifications, and field conditions to resolve issues quicklyMonitor quality control and ensure work meets company and client expectationsMaintain accurate project documentation including daily reports and progress trackingBuild strong working relationships with clients, project managers, architects, and trade partnersQualifications5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projectsStrong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site coordinationProven ability to lead subcontractors and manage multiple trades simultaneouslyExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsExperience with ground-up and/or interior commercial projects preferredOSHA certification strongly preferredAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsWhat They OfferBase salary between $130,000 and $180,000Vehicle allowanceAnnual bonusStrong pipeline of projects and long-term growth opportunitiesCollaborative, team-oriented cultureOpportunity to work on high-profile commercial projects with an established industry leader
