You’ll work directly with our team to build thoughtful, well-crafted websites, from initial planning and design through final launch. Our website projects range from small business sites to more complex builds for clients in industries like construction, healthcare, and professional services. You’ll have support on content and copy, but you’ll be the person who makes it all come together.What You’ll DoBuild new WordPress websites from the ground upCollaborate with our Creative Partner and team on design direction and layoutWork with the team to develop and refine page content and copyHandle site launches, domain setup, hosting configuration, and troubleshootingMake updates and improvements to existing client websites as neededCommunicate clearly with the team about project timelines and progressConduct annual maintenance on client websites, including plugin updates, security checks, and hosting renewalsContribute to other small projects when bandwidth allowsRequired3+ years of experience building websites in WordPress or similarExperience with CSS, HTML, and basic PHP for custom styling and troubleshootingA genuine care and eye for designStrong understanding of responsive and mobile-first designComfort with hosting environments, staging sites, and workflowsAbility to work independently, manage your time, and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail and a commitment to organized, polished workComfortable working in a small team environmentNice To HaveExperience working at a marketing or creative agencyExperience with DNS and domain managementComfort with basic SEO best practices during the build processExperience developing website wireframes or mockupsExperience with project management and automation tools such as ClickUp, ZapierCompensationPay commensurate with experience.
