Responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exemplary customer service. The specialist will handle problem resolution, analyze technical challenges, and support clients across various technical needs.QualificationsProficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on clear communication and creating positive client experiences.Excellent Analytical Skills, with the capacity to evaluate problems and devise efficient solutions.Ability to work mainly remote with some on-site work in the Houston, TX area and collaborate effectively in a team environment.Relevant technical certifications or experience in IT support is a plus.Experience in effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities.
