Senior Video Operations Engineer is a full-time position responsible for managing, maintaining, and configuring hardware for delivering linear video content, providing technical oversight and troubleshooting support in a 24x7 environment. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain Video Hub Office through equipment monitoring and quality assurance for linear video services Configure and troubleshoot MPEG encoding and video service failures across various systems Conduct root cause analysis for video outages and enhance system monitoring and performanceRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED; associate technical degree or 5 years related work experience Five years of experience in cable, satellite, and telephony industries Five years of experience with digital video in a multi-channel system Extensive knowledge of video multichannel systems and related technologies Basic knowledge of networking components and services
