The Medical Laboratory Scientist will perform routine and specialized laboratory testing, analyze and interpret results in conjunction with pathology, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Additional responsibilities include managing quality control measures, maintaining laboratory equipment, and adhering to established protocols to support the delivery of accurate diagnostic results.QualificationsProficiency in Medical Technology and Laboratory SkillsKnowledge of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology practicesExperience with Quality Control standards and proceduresStrong analytical and problem-solving skills related to laboratory testingBachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related fieldCertification by ASCPAbility to work collaboratively within a team-oriented healthcare environmentAttention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest level of accuracy
