Administrative Assistant II The Administrative Assistant II position is located in the Office of Auditing and Performance Analysis and reports to the Division Director. Duties for the position include: assists the Division Director with budget management, processes division personnel-related matters such as position description preparation and paperwork associated with personnel actions, prepares administrative reports, and oversees supply procurement. The position will also process travel-related documents for the Division, assists employees with agency protocols, edits documents for grammar and spelling, and create Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.Minimum Qualifications:Three years of secretarial or clerical work experience. College education from an accredited institution can substitute at the rate of 30 semester or 45 quarter hours for each year of the required work experience. Background investigations, including criminal history record checks and education verifications, will be conducted on all applicants recommended for hiring.
