The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multi-discipline engineering team through all project phases, from early design to commissioning. A key aspect of the role is the development and enforcement of scalable engineering processes, including design workflows, QA/QC standards, and seamless integration with procurement and construction. The VP of Engineering will also work closely with senior leadership and external partners to ensure that engineering outputs are accurate, buildable, and delivered on schedule. To be considered for this position, candidates must have a minimum of 10-15 years' experience in engineering for energy, power, or infrastructure projects, with a strong background in electrical, mechanical, and controls engineering. Leadership experience in EPC, design-build, or complex project delivery environments is essential, as is a proven track record in building or improving engineering processes. The role requires a candidate who is comfortable in a fast-paced, lean environment and is adept at problem-solving and decision-making.
