Sales Executive

CENTRAL TITLE DIVISIONSummaryJob Description:Responsible for managing all sales activities within an assigned territory, from lead generation through closing. Develops and executes a business plan aligned with personal and organizational objectives to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth. Collaborates closely with sales, escrow, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve long-term account goals consistent with company vision and values. Performs all duties in compliance with Old Republic National Title Insurance Company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesMaintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients in partnership with escrow officers and managementDemonstrate openness and willingness to lead and support associate sales efforts at all levelsIdentify, develop, and convert qualified prospects to expand the client baseProvide consultative leadership to escrow offices and teams to support and grow business as neededParticipate in regional and divisional collaboration calls, contributing to and, when appropriate, leading sales initiativesUtilize a consultative sales approach to assess current and anticipated customer needs and recommend appropriate title products and servicesPrepare annual business plans, reports, and other documentation as required by managementCollaborate with sales management and the National Marketing team to develop and implement new marketing strategiesPresent title and closing processes, product information, and service demonstrations to clientsMaintain accurate and detailed client profiles to support effective service deliveryConduct post-closing follow-ups to assess service quality and customer satisfactionAttend required sales meetings, calls, and training sessionsMaintain a visible presence in the real estate community by representing the company at industry events, meetings, conventions, and professional organizationsMonitor and report competitor activity and market conditions to managementMaintain strict client confidentiality at all timesDemonstrate a professional, courteous, and business-focused demeanorAccept supervision and feedback and work effectively with othersPerform other duties as assignedComply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and complete mandatory compliance training within required timelinesKnowledge And Skills RequiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and OutlookAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectivelyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailCommunication And Interpersonal SkillsProfessional written, verbal, and listening communication skillsPositive, personable, and professional representation of the companyAbility to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with peers, leadership, customers, and vendorsAbility to interact effectively at all organizational levels via email, phone, video conferencing, and in personActive listening skills with awareness of verbal and nonverbal communicationPhysical and Mental DemandsOvernight travel by air or automobile may be requiredValid driver’s license and auto insurance requiredAbility to handle confidential information with discretionAbility to work effectively under pressure and adapt to interruptionsRepetitive and continuous typing requiredStandard work schedule of 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional after-hours attendance at company eventsRegular, reliable attendance is requiredSedentary work: The majority of activity in this position involves sedentary work including sitting, standing, walking and the occasional need to lift or move objects.In addition to the essential functions listed above, it is expected that all employees model the Company’s commitment to a respectful, diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work environment at all times.
