Build Your Career as a Regional Coordinator - Retail with Bluelinx!We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Regional Coordinator for Retail to support execution across our regional branch network and major retail ecommerce platforms, while coordinating Value-Add service activities and supporting field sales teams across the region.In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring our products are accurately represented, competitively priced, and well positioned for success across retail ecommerce platforms within your region.You will also help coordinate Value-Add service activities and provide day-to-day support to Regional National Account Executives and Retail Territory Managers, helping our teams respond quickly, execute effectively, and deliver a better customer experience.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys turning details into results.What You'll DoYou will own ecommerce catalog execution across your region and ensure our product assortment is accurate, available, and ready to sell by maintaining key product information across major retail ecommerce platforms, including:Product descriptions, specifications, and item attributesPricing accuracy and data integrityLead times and product availabilityMinimum order quantitiesExisting item maintenance and new product additionsBe the connection point between branches, manufacturers, and internal teamsYou will work closely with local branch teams, product manufacturers, pricing partners, and internal stakeholders to keep product information current, resolve issues quickly, and support smooth execution across the region.Improve quality, speed, and consistencyYou will identify data issues, monitor gaps, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement in how products and services are represented and executed across the region.You will help support and coordinate Value-Add service activities within your region, ensuring service capabilities are aligned with branch operations, customer needs, and sales opportunities. This includes helping improve visibility, consistency, and execution of service offerings that create added value for customers.Support field sales teams that drive growthYou will provide operational, pricing, and platform support to Regional National Account Executives and Retail Territory Managers. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and other job-related considerations.
