Quality Control/Assurance Manager - Injection MoldingBardot Plastics LLC, Easton, PA 18045Bardot Plastics and New Pig Corporation are both part of the New Pendulum Family of Companies.About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Quality Control Manager to lead and build our quality systems within a growing plastic injection molding operation.This is not a maintenance role - this is a build-it role.You will take ownership of a currently loose QC structure and transform it into a well-organized, data-driven quality department, while leading the company through ISO 9001:2015 certification from the ground up.You'll work directly with management and plant leadership to drive quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across a multi-shift operation.What You'll DoLead implementation of ISO 9001:2015 (documentation, audits, and certification)Build and organize the QC department structure and processesEstablish inspection standards (in-process and final)Develop control plans, procedures, and quality documentationTroubleshoot molding defects and quality issues on the production floorLead corrective actions (customer and internal) using structured problem-solving methodsTrack and report key quality metrics (scrap, rework, PPM, trends)Train QC staff and improve cross-functional communicationWork closely with production to balance quality and efficiencyWhat We're Looking ForMust-Have5+ years of experience in plastic injection molding quality or process engineeringStrong knowledge of molding processes and common defectsExperience working directly on the production floorProven ability to organize and improve systemsStrong leadership and communication skillsNice-to-Have* Experience implementing or managing ISO 9001:2015 certification* Familiarity with:o Control Plans / PFMEA / SPCo Root Cause Analysis (5-Why, Fishbone, etc.)* ERP experience (Epicor or similar)* Experience with calibration system managementWho Will Succeed in This RoleSomeone who enjoys building structure from scratchA hands-on problem solver, not just a desk-based quality managerComfortable holding the line on quality - but understands production realitiesA strong communicator who can work across QC, production, and leadershipWhy Join UsHigh-impact role reporting directly to leadershipOpportunity to build and own the quality systemStable, growing manufacturing companyCompetitive compensation based on experienceApplySubmit your resume along with a brief summary of your experience in:Injection moldingQuality systems / ISO workProcess improvementLocated in Easton, PA, Bardot Plastics LLC is part of the New Pendulum group of companies.
