You will work across multiple systems and data sources to ensure accurate, timely reporting while supporting ongoing business and technology transformation initiatives.This position will play a key role in supporting modernization efforts by helping consolidate data sources, improve reporting workflows, reduce manual processes, and contribute to scalable enterprise data solutions. You will collaborate with business partners, technical teams, and vendors to develop solutions that enhance efficiency, improve data accessibility, and support strategic business objectives.Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, SQL proficiency, problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a passion for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate takes ownership of projects, proactively identifies opportunities for improvement, and drives solutions from concept through implementation.To succeed in this role:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business and data challengesStrong SQL skills and experience working with data across multiple systemsAbility to troubleshoot data issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutionsExperience partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable solutionsStrong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated curiosity, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindsetTechnical skills:Strong SQL proficiencyAdvanced Excel skills, including data analysis and data manipulationExperience with Alteryx or similar workflow automation, reporting, ETL, or data transformation toolsExperience working with enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, or cloud-based data environments (Databricks or comparable technologies preferred)Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar technologies preferredReporting, business intelligence, and data visualization experience preferredPreferred qualifications:Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with the following:Develop, maintain, and optimize recurring and ad hoc reporting solutions while ensuring data accuracy and delivering actionable business insightsAnalyze complex business and data requirements and translate them into reporting and process improvement solutionsLeverage data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, process inefficiencies, and business risksDesign and document system enhancements, business requirements, functional specifications, and testing activitiesSupport business transformation initiatives and reporting modernization effortsDemonstrated experience identifying and implementing process improvements that streamline reporting, data retrieval, or operational workflowsStrong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills with the ability to investigate data issues across multiple systems and data sourcesExperience working with complex or legacy system environmentsAbility to assess business value and support prioritization of initiatives based on business impact and ROIStrong business analysis, reporting, and documentation skillsKnowledge of data governance, data quality, and reporting best practicesFamiliarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologiesExperience supporting Risk, Insurance, HCM, HR Technology, Payroll, or other complex enterprise environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to influence stakeholders, partners, and vendors to drive business outcomes
