*This is NOT a job at ForceBrands* Responsibilities:Oversee financial operations, processes, reporting, and analysisManage outsourced accounting support and oversee month-end closeOwn budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A processesMaintain accurate cash forecasting and runway visibilitySupport fundraising activities alongside leadership and board advisorPartner cross-functionally with leadership on financial planning and operational decision-makingAssist with board materials, reporting requests, and investor readinessSupport continued infrastructure buildout as the business scalesManage and support lean internal accounting resourcesCandidate Profile:VP-level finance leader or Director ready for a step-up opportunityHands-on, scrappy, and comfortable operating in a lean, high-growth environmentExperience within high-growth CPG or consumer brands strongly preferredBackground supporting scaling businesses with evolving infrastructureStrong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management experienceComfortable overseeing outsourced accounting functions and close processesExperience supporting fundraising readiness and board reporting preferredExposure to inventory-heavy businesses or operationally complex consumer brands is a plusDairy/frozen experience helpful but not requiredSystems experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Cin7 preferred
