POSITION: Ticket Office Game Day AssociateTICKET OFFICE: The Ticket Office is designed to increase attendance and revenue through the sale of Knight's individual tickets. The focus of the department is to provide excellent customer service while cultivating a mutual beneficial relationship with customers and clients.REQUIREMENTS:MANDATORYA successful candidate must be a self-motivated individual with a strong customer service background."Team players" with a passion for sports and the industry are highly desiredIMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR(S): Ticket Sales & Service Representative/Director of Ticket OperationsTIME FRAME:Start Date:ImmediatelyHours: At least three hour shifts on game days.
