As an employee, we will surround you with highly skilledco-workers and provide you with orientation, training, coaching, support, andopportunities for advancement.We are looking for caring staff, who are kind, eager to learn, flexible, team oriented, and embrace our core values.Achieve with us.Position: Associate Director of ResidentialLocation: Walton, New YorkSalary: $71,594 yrlyJob Type: Full time position including nights and weekends (40 hours + weekly)Job Summary: Responsible for creating person centered, self-directed, inclusive opportunities for individuals residing in Delarc Residences in order for them to achieve their full potential.Responsibilities:~ Provide direct oversight to residential services.~Train and develop leadership staff.~Monitor progress on individuals goals.~Provide appropriate oversight of all financial transactions, medication and medicalneeds.Qualifications: ~ Bachelors Degree in Human Services with two years experience in Human Services withone year supervisory experience or High School Diploma with six years working in theHuman Services with at least one year supervisory experience. Experience supportingIndividuals with disability preferred.
