The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a seamless service experience for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and assist them with their service needs in a professional and friendly manner.Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service requests.Provide customers with accurate estimates for service work and explain the recommended services.Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of work.Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles and provide updates on any delays or additional work needed.Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. Collaborate with service technicians and parts department to ensure a smooth service process for customers.
