Job Title: Accounts Payable SupervisorFuse3 Solutions is partnered with a company that is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead daily AP operations and support a high-performing team. This role oversees the end-to-end payables process, ensures accuracy and timeliness, and drives process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise accounts payable operations, including invoice processing and paymentsManage vendor relationships and resolve inquiriesMaintain vendor records and purchasing system dataSupport monthly close activities, including accrualsOversee 1099 reporting and compliance requirementsMonitor workflows, identify issues, and implement improvementsLead, train, and develop team membersAssist with reporting, analysis, and special projectsQualificationsDegree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred5+ years of accounts payable or related experienceStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage priorities and lead a team effectivelyProficiency in Excel and accounting systemsPay range for the Accounts Payable Manager is $70k-$82k/year based on experience.To see this and other jobs please visit: http://fuse3solutions.com/
