Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative

Job description:Tomax USA is a leading supplier of electronic and tech products in the promotional products industry. We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate to help grow the company and support our internal sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess a willingness to learn about our electronic products, and be able to eloquently describe and sell them to audiences with varying familiarity with tech. The role will entail interacting with customers daily via the phone, as well as in-person at regional and national trade shows. The candidate should have outstanding communication skills, and possess skills to oversee and manage projects to completion without oversight.ResponsibilitiesLearn and master all the technical specifications of the company's productsField customer calls and provide information regarding inventory, production time, product specs, and shippingRespond to customer inquiries via emailAccurately input orders and samples requests into the systemResolve any issues customers may have with shipping or productsAssist at regional and national sales shows on behalf of the companyCoordinate necessary logistics for trade shows, including displays, samples, and freightSupport our outside regional sales reps with education, samples, and other necessary sales supportAssist in-house sales managers with daily tasks as neededSkillsOutstanding English verbal and written skillsStrong interwledge of office equipmentWillingness to learn about new technology and productsAbility to accomplish tasks on timeExcellent organizational and time management skillsCompensationThe starting salary range for this position is $23-$25 per hour.
