The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the commercialization strategy, with a focus on aligning phased power delivery to meet the demands of hyperscale customers. This role involves owning executive relationships with key industry players, negotiating large capacity deals, and translating technical power strategies into commercial offerings. The Chief Commercial Officer will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performing sales and customer success organization, as well as sourcing and formalizing strategic alliances to enhance the company's market position.Applicants for the Chief Commercial Officer position should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in enterprise or hyperscale data center, cloud services, or energy infrastructure commercialization, with a proven track record of closing significant capacity agreements. The role requires fluency in wholesale power markets, lease/PPA structures, and the economics of campus-scale development. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or related advanced degree preferred, and must be adept at building and scaling revenue organizations in high-growth, capital-intensive environments.
