Job Title: Contracts ManagerLocation: Mentor, OHType: Direct HireSummary: Seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead contract development, negotiation, and administration for aerospace/manufacturing programs. This role involves managing contract risk, supporting new product introductions (NPI), and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Lead contract negotiations, including terms & conditions, NDAs, and product agreementsManage assigned contracts and ensure performance, compliance, and risk mitigationSupport new business awards and NPI initiativesInterpret contract requirements and provide guidance to internal teamsOversee change management and contract modificationsCollaborate cross-functionally with program, finance, and operations teamsEnsure export compliance and regulatory adherenceMentor team members and support process improvementsInterface with customers, government agencies, and internal stakeholdersRequirements:Bachelor’s degree (MBA/JD preferred)7+ years of contract management experience (2+ years in leadership)Experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environmentsStrong negotiation and risk assessment skillsKnowledge of export compliance regulationsExperience with NPI and complex contract structuresContract management certification preferred
