Business Data Analyst
Location: Oakland, CA (Bay Area Local candidates only) Work Model: Hybrid (80% Remote | 20% Onsite Wednesdays at Oakland General Office) Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze complex datasets and create customized reports Maintain and update data to reflect real-time business changes Develop daily/weekly metrics and dashboards (Power BI) Present insights and recommendations to leadership Manage small to mid-size projects and support business operations Required QualificationsBachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Technical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Data Analysis) Experience with Power BI (dashboard creation & reporting) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro
