Carpenter/Remodeler

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction, with the ability to oversee projects from start to finish. This role involves Remodeling ,Repairing apartments, door and window installations , Cabinet installations while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The Lead Carpenter will also be responsible for mentoring junior carpenters and coordinating tasks on the construction site. Duties Painting,flooring,trim doors, windows drywall repair, Electrical,Plumbing, Fabricate and install structures such as frameworks, drywall, concrete forming, and trim carpentry. Perform mold remediation tasks as required, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various carpentry tasks. Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged components. Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless integration of work. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site. Apartment make ready's and remodel . Experience Proven experience as a carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Familiarity with construction site operations and safety standards. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to carpentry work. Experience in drywall installation, mold remediation, concrete forming, and trim carpentry is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients.
