In addition to addressing employee relations and engagement and performance management strategies, the HR Director will also ensure legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and values into all projects.Supervisory Responsibilities:Assist with hiring and training new HR staff in the departmentOversee the daily workflow of designated tasks for the departmentProvide constructive and timely performance evaluationsMay handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policyJob Responsibilities:Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to HR initiatives, employee relations, and retentionPlan, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and manage employee surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needsOversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and workforce planning, recognition and morale, occupational health and safety, and training and developmentConduct research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization's HRIS or talent management systemMonitor and assist with the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and recommended best practices in addition to reviewing and modifying policies and practices to maintain complianceMaintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law so as to apply this knowledge in communicating changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper managementSkills and Education: Applicant must submit a full CV or resume and answer all questions accurately to be considered.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of human resources management experience2+ years of director-level HR experience3+ years of healthcare HR experienceSHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferredExperience supporting organizational change, workforce transformation, or scaling initiativesThorough knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational developmentExperience with post-merger integration strongly preferredExperience supporting workforce strategies that include offshoring or global delivery models preferredStrong judgment and adaptability when policies, processes, or structures are still being definedExcellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsLocated in Houston, TX strongly preferredAdvanced Excel knowledge and skills (e.g., PivotTable, VLOOKUP) strongly preferredCompany Benefits and Perks:Joining Infinx comes with an array of benefits, flexible work hours when possible, and a genuine sense of belonging to a dynamic and growing organization.Access to a 401(k) Retirement Savings PlanComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision CoveragePaid Time OffPaid HolidaysAdditional benefits, including Pet Care Coverage, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and discounted servicesIf you are a people-oriented HR Director with a passion for efficiency, problem-solving, and continuous learning, we want to hear from you!
