Product Sales Engineer - Hydraulics & HydrologyBentley Systems invites talented individuals to join our high-performance team of Hydraulics and Hydrology Product Sales Engineers. Product Sales Engineers drive new sales of assigned brands into accounts. This is a sales revenue generating role supporting new and existing accounts with Bentley software products, services, training and cloud offerings that help our users achieve their desired business outcomes. You will help grow market share of assigned brands within your region.Responsibilities:Responsible for selling Bentley's solutions for intelligently planning, designing, and operating water, wastewater, and stormwater systems, into both net new and existing users.Design and deliver Sales Campaigns and Outcome based Live SessionsCreate effective business plans to prospect for net new business opportunities and drive sales in assigned territory to exceed quota.Expertly use LinkedIn and other social media means to engage prospects.Develop relationships at various levels including C-Level, VPs, Directors with target accounts through use of direct sales techniques and conduct virtual meetings.Develop a sales pipeline and forecast all revenue by effectively following sales process and managing all opportunities in CRM.Promote our value proposition to designers, engineers, contractors, and owners by providing technical solutions to help the customers meet or exceed business objectives.Maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of all Commercial Offerings and Software Support Policies.Negotiate sales and/or service agreements.Maintain a high knowledge level of the company's solutions and services.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a similar degree with a background in planning, designing, and operating water, wastewater, and/or stormwater systemsPreferred minimum of one (1) year of experience within an engineering organization or selling engineering softwareExperience with lead generation tool such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferredExperience with the Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRM preferredInnate sense of curiosity, demonstrated continuous learnerProactive, driven and accountableProven ability to manage multiple initiatives and coordinate activitiesExcellent cross-collaboration skills with various internal departmentsAbility to discuss product values, positioning, differentiation, and highlightsAbility to showcase the product through videos if requiredWhat We Offer:A great team and cultureAn exciting career as an integral part of a world-leading software company providing solutions for architecture, engineering, and constructionAn attractive salary and benefits packageA commitment to inclusion, belonging and colleague wellbeing through global initiatives and resource groupsA company committed to making a real difference by advancing the world's infrastructure for better quality of lifeAbout Bentley Systems:Around the world, infrastructure professionals rely on software from Bentley Systems to help them design, build, and operate better and more resilient infrastructure for transportation, water, energy, cities, and more.
