Keep reading to learn how to expand your career with this role.Key Duties:Minimize waste by ensuring proper FIFO rotation through product allocation.Identify product age risks and concerns on low-demand SKUs.Work with our Supply Chain team in positioning inventory across our distribution centers based on customer demands for a 0-7 day window.Communicate product shortages and collaborate with the supply chain to identify alternative solutions.Assist in planning, prioritizing, and communicating production plans to our warehouse teams/production leaders.Provide direction to our warehouse teams on order picking and processing to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Teams include Shipping/Just Ripe/Quality Control/ Production teams.Coordinate order pick up and deliveries with carriers and our Logistics team based on product readiness/availability.Work with our Quality Control teams to address any issues or concerns with product specifications prior to order shipment.Communicate product availability to our Sales team.Work with our ripening department to address ripening concerns.Work with our warehouse teams to resolve any inventory discrepancies.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsBilingual in English and Spanish preferredStrong proficiency inMicrosoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook,as well as in financial modeling tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze a significant amount of informationAttention to detailProactive problem solversStrong demonstration of taking initiativeAbility to work effectively with all levels of managementExcellent written and communication skillsPositive attitudeStrong team playerEmployee BenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance | Life Insurance | Short-term Disability | 401k Plans | Weekly Pay | Employee Discount ProgramsIf you're ready to start on the path to your future, click "Apply Now."
