Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Licensed Professional Counselor

Job Description Busy, private,outpatient counseling practice hiring a full-time (minimum 30 client hours per week) LCSW or LPC. The practice features holistic and integrative counseling focused on empowering clients to become healthy in all life domains: mental, emotional, physical, finacial, social and spiritual. The counseling practice is owned and operated by an LPC who understands the needs and challenges of outpatient counselors. Counselors are offered: * Full-time W2 employment * Execellent compensation * Some vacation, personal ,sick time, and paid holidays * Professional, warm office space * Support from a seasoned team of ten counselors * Regular consultation with a local psychiatrist * Flexible work schedule and hours * Flexible home/office work arrangements, as needed * ABCs provides all marketing efforts to build/maintain caseloads * All client refferals are provided * Clinical and program supervision * Administrative, reception, and medical billing support provided * Practice initiated client activities such as yoga, hiking, fitnessm, etc Qualified candidates will be competent in providing counseling services for individuals, couples, and families with a variety of DSM 5 diagnoses. Candidates will be comfortable utilizing a variety of counseling approaches such as CBT, DBT, Trauma Informed Care, Brief Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, 12 Step Recovery, EFT, etc. Three to Five years of experience providing counseling services for clients seeking help for depression, trauma, anxiety, grief, PTSD, parenting, addictions, etc., is prefereed. Our counselors must have or be eligible for Act 33, 34, and FBI clearances and, if hired, carry professional liability insurance.
