The Occupational Therapist will provide evidence-based assessments, develop personalized therapy plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals. The role includes working closely with pediatric populations, documenting progress, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and educating families on strategies to foster growth and recovery. School based & adult hand therapy opportunties are also a available based on candidate's desire & experience. QualificationsProficiency in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques, with the ability to customize therapy plans to individual needsIn-depth knowledge of Pediatrics as they relate to occupational therapy practicesStrong Communication skills for interacting with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teamsActive state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in CaliforniaCompassionate, patient-centered approach to care and the ability to work effectively with diverse populationsPrevious experience in a similar role preferred but not required
