Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS.Certifications BLS. Willing to obtain allowed for BLS.Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Medical ICU (MICU) in last 3 years.Travel Experience 6 weeks of travel experience within the last 10 years.Skills Assessment MIC skills assessment with 2.7+ score.References 2 Charge RN references within the last 2 years.Additional Confirmations I am willing to work every other holiday.Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee a the facility in the past 6 months.Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.Travel Contract Must travel at least 120.0 miles to receive a travel stipend.
