AI Agent Orchestration LeadLocation: Memphis,TN / Remote Duration: 12+ Months Contract  We’re looking for a hands‑on engineering leader to take AI agents from pilot experiments into production‑grade, enterprise‑ready workflows. This role is all about operationalizing AI across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)—making AI agents a trusted, everyday part of how teams deliver software.What You’ll DoDesign & Operationalize AI Agents → Automate SDLC activities (planning, coding support, testing, release validation, documentation, ops).Embed Into Toolchains → Integrate agents into DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, testing frameworks, ITSM, observability, and knowledge platforms.Drive Governance & Reliability → Build with enterprise architecture, security, and responsible AI guardrails.Enable Adoption & Scale → Provide playbooks, reference implementations, and hands‑on support to delivery teams.Prove Value → Deliver measurable improvements in speed, quality, stability, and developer experience.What We’re Looking For:8+ years in software engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, or solutions architecture.Experience operationalizing SDLC automation (not just piloting tools).Hands‑on work with governed AI solutions in production environments.Strong communicator who can align teams and translate tech into outcomes.Degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent).Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks at scale.Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
