Office Manager with QuickBooks Online Experience
Position DescriptionPosition Summary:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support our growing business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in QuickBooks Online, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks across accounting, HR, and general office management. This role is essential to maintaining the smooth and professional operation of our office.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, scheduling, communications, and vendor coordinationHandle full-cycle accounts payable and receivable in QuickBooks OnlineReconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statementsAssist with payroll processing and employee onboarding documentationMaintain and organize digital and physical filing systemsPrepare basic financial reports for ownership or CPA reviewMonitor and maintain office budgets, ensuring cost-effective operationsSupport compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirementsProvide administrative support to ownership and team members as neededServe as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issuesQualifications:3+ years of experience in office management or administrative supportProficient in QuickBooks Online with strong understanding of bookkeeping fundamentalsExcellent time management and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilityAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in a small business or service-based environmentFamiliarity with payroll platforms (e.g., Gusto)Light HR experience or interest in growing into HR responsibilitiesWork Environment:Office-based with standard weekday hoursSome flexibility may be available based on business needsWe are a drug-free workplace and E-Verify all employees prior to hiring.
