Software Developer

This organization prioritizes employee growth, work-life balance, and fostering an inclusive environment.The Role Develop and maintain functionality for software applications, including change management, security, authentication, and reporting. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and IT resources to develop applications using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Configure, troubleshoot, and integrate third-party vendor applications (e.g., ServiceNow, DocuSign, FreshDesk) with internal Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools. Analyze IT problems, conduct in-depth research, and provide solution recommendations based on business and technical requirements. Perform initial unit and system testing, both manual and automated, and assist the test team as development progresses. Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely allied field, or equivalent experience. Four years of experience in a complex information technology environment. Three years of experience developing and enhancing applications using C#, .NET, MS Entity Framework, and MS Power Platform. Experience administering and supporting commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) or SaaS applications like ServiceNow, DocuSign, or FreshDesk. Working knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks, and identity/access management for cloud/SaaS applications (SSO, SAML/OAuth, Azure AD).
