The Estimating Department plays a critical role in preparing accurate and detailed project estimates, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. David Hall Masonry takes pride in maintaining a superior reputation for quality and fostering strong client relationships.Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Coordinator based in Ripon, CA to oversee masonry construction projects from bid through closeout. This is a hands-on role working directly with clients, estimators, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, and within budget. Procore or similar software experience a plus.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage subcontractors.Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; professional presence with clients and trade partners.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Background check required in compliance with California law.Project Coordinator Duties:Project CoordinatingManage all phases of masonry projects, from pre-construction through completion.Ensure quality craftsmanship, safety, and compliance with specifications.Estimating & Pre-ConstructionPrepare and review estimates, bid proposals, and scope clarifications.Client & Stakeholder CoordinationWork with architects, engineers, and inspectors to maintain code and spec compliance.Documentation & ControlsCreate submittal packagesUpload critical project data and plans into ProcoreOrder and manage material orders throughout the project.Manage RFIs and corresponding submittal updates and changesUtilize project management tools (Procore, OST, Microsoft Project, Excel) to track progress and reporting.Leadership & TeamworkPartner with estimators, general foreman and foremen to align resources.Coordinate with accounting and admin teams for billing accuracy and cost tracking.Equal Employment OpportunityDavid Hall Masonry, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
