Assignment Highlights: Start Date: April 1, 2025 End Date: Ongoing Practice Setting: Combination of outpatient and inpatient care Patients Per Shift: 16-18 Bed Count in Department: 7 Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive pediatric care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Participate in rounding and admissions as required. Perform essential procedures, including but not limited to: Non-invasive ventilation management Intubation Central line placement Lumbar punctures X-ray and EKG interpretation Respond to call duties with an average of 1:3 call rotation. Requirements: Board certification in Pediatrics is mandatory. Active certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Ability to obtain temporary hospital privileges (credentialing timeframe: 30-90 days). Comfort with performing critical pediatric procedures. Additional Details: Support Staff: Collaborative team of RNs, MAs, and office personnel. Call Response Time: Within 20 minutes.
